There is currently 20,000 sqft of datacenter space. There is an additional 20,000 sq feet of data center space available for future expansion.
As a carrier-neutral data center, a customer can order cross connections from any existing provider. Our facility also actively works to bring new carriers onsite and expand connectivity options.
Customers can access the facility 24/7/365 by submitting an request via our client portal. Sub-users can also be included in access requests to work in the facility.
Our facility is a purpose-built data center constructed in 2007 and renovated in 2015. As one of the newest facilities in the Chicago area, we are able to deliver top-tier stability and reliability.
